Arkansas Razorbacks center Zvonimir Ivišić has entered the NCAA transfer portal for the second consecutive offseason. The 7-foot-2 Croatian, affectionately known as “Big Z,” transferred from Kentucky to Arkansas last year, following head coach John Calipari.
During his sophomore season with the Razorbacks, Ivišić averaged 8.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks per game. Notable performances include a 14-point, four-rebound effort against his former team, Kentucky. However, his playing time diminished towards the end of the season, averaging just 8.5 minutes over the last four games.
Ivišić’s entry into the transfer portal adds him to a growing list of college basketball players seeking new opportunities. Programs in need of frontcourt depth may find his size and skill set appealing. As the offseason progresses, it remains to be seen where “Big Z” will continue his collegiate career.
