Grading the Pack – Week 13

Andy Herman gives out his grades from Week 13 against the Chiefs.Earlier this week, Aaron Rodgers spoke on the Pat McAfee show and sang the praises of Jordan Love, stating he wasn’t surprised by the success of Love so far this season. But Rodgers followed up those comments with some wise words, he said, “As well as he’s playing, can we not crown him right now? For his own sake. Because we shouldn’t do that to kids. We shouldn’t crown him, and we shouldn’t cancel him.”

Aaron is stating something I’ve echoed myself these past couple of weeks. The truth is that just a few weeks ago, people were starting to legitimately wonder if Jordan Love was the guy, and some even went as far as to say out loud that they thought it was time to move to Sean Clifford.

Now, a few weeks later, everyone wants to go in the opposite direction and state that Jordan is the undisputed franchise quarterback and the next in the lineage of greatness following Favre and

Rodgers. But if Love goes out these next few weeks and plays poorly, there will be those that swing right back and

question aloud whether or not Love can be the guy. There will be questions about his inconsistency, his turnovers, and his accuracy all over again.
