JUST IN: Michigan are so devanteted to announced the dead of their legend

Alabama football’s season is over after a loss to Michigan in overtime of the College Football Playoff semifinals. That means it’s time for some tough decisions for some members of the Crimson Tide’s roster.

The NCAA allows players who participate in the CFP an extra five-day window to enter the transfer portal once their seasons end. The portal for other players ends on Monday, but Alabama players get through Saturday.

The regular portal window already saw several Alabama players entering, including Ja’Corey Brooks (Louisville), Anquin Barnes (Colorado), Tyler Buchner (Notre Dame for lacrosse) and Isaiah Hastings. After the five-day window ends, the next window for undergraduates to enter the portal comes April 16-30.

Other Alabama players who still have remaining eligibility will soon be deciding whether they’ll enter the NFL Draft. The deadline for that choice is Jan. 15, with edge-rusher Dallas Turner saying after the game that he will be leaving for the professional level.

Alabama struggled offensively throughout Monday’s Rose Bowl semifinal game. The Crimson Tide found some push in the second half, and took the lead for a time, before the Wolverines brought it to overtime.

Michigan scored on its first possession of overtime. The Crimson Tide was stopped short of the end zone on a fourth-down play, sending the Wolverines to the national championship game against Washington
