SAD NEWS: An icon has fallon michigan head coach found dead just now

Jake Butt is perhaps one of the top college football players. He is a tight end in his position. Here, we’ll halt so you may crack jokes. Remember, this senior Michigan resident has heard them all before. With regard to his moniker, even Jimmy Fallon and the writers for his “Tonight Show” have joked around. A full minute of Fallon’s opening monologue last December was devoted to some quick-witted, cheap laughs following Butt’s win of the Big Ten tight end of the year award.

“Other tight ends are mad, but they don’t want to make a big stink about it,” Fallon declared. “Butt would brag, but he doesn’t want to toot his own horn.”

So proceed. Be sly as hell. You won’t find the Wolverines’ All-American offensive funny. He’ll have you both laughing.

The individual in question goes by @JBooty_88 on Twitter. He once modified his avatar to parody a meme featuring Kim Kardashian, the person with the most well-known rear in the world. He retweeted Fallon’s jabs instead of taking offense.

With all the fun people have with his last name, Butt is more than simply fine. He’s totally on board.Michigan Wolverines Football | News, Scores, Highlights, Injuries, Stats, Standings, and Rumors | Bleacher Report

“I’m in love with it,” he exclaimed. That’s probably one of my best qualities. I’ve been able to expand my platform and establish my brand thanks to it.

His large family also adores the Butt brand. You can easily identify them at any Michigan game. Up to fifty of them tailgate in unison while donning reinterpretations of Jake’s jersey, complete with his flawlessly rounded No. 88 and a pun-filled fanny pack.

Rob, his father, chooses “Head Butt” or “Papa Butt.” There are shirts that say “I Like Big Butt,” “Nice Butt,” and “Kick Butt” worn by other family members. Theresa, one of Jake’s aunts, changed her name to include an apostrophe so that her jersey said “There’s a Butt.”

“We taught our kids at an early age to just have fun with it,” said Rob Butt. “The whole family, we just enjoy the silliness of it.”

If Butt were just an ordinary player, the kind that only Sir Mix-A-Lot could adore, then the silliness would amount to nothing. But the opposite is also true. Arguably the greatest tight end in the country, Butt is a vital member of Michigan’s CFP ambitions contingent and a high draft pick in the future of the NFL.

Excellent athletic genes were always in Jake Butt’s back pocket. As an offensive tackle in high school and on Frank Leahy’s Notre Dame teams in the 1940s, his grandfather Bob Lally never lost a game. His father was a Cincinnati rugby player. The first thing Jake said was, “Ball.”
