SAD NEWS : Permission granted to Hildebrandt to sell the house; funds to be retained until reparation is determined

KUTV, Salt Lake City In the Jodi Hildebrandt case, a court order was made allowing a petition for reparation.

The Fifth District Court in Washington County’s court records show that the motion was submitted on Tuesday, January 30.

Hildebrandt had a property posted for sale in Ivins, Utah, prior to the motion. She was not allowed to sell it by the court until they determined how much money should go to the children.

The limitation on selling the property was lifted by the court order, which was issued on Wednesday, January 31.

But when the property is sold, she must deposit $100,000 into a designated bank account, according the motion. Any remaining funds would be returned to Hildebrandt.
