Sources claim that Mike Macdonald, the defensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens, has been hired by the Seattle Seahawks to be their new head coach. After joining the Ravens in 2014, Macdonald has led the team’s strong defense for the past two seasons. His tenure as Michigan’s defensive coordinator in 2021 was the one year he was not in Baltimore. Macdonald built a strong résumé to get the position of head coach at the Seahawks. He contributed to the Ravens defense placing first in fewer touchdowns allowed, second in red zone efficiency, and sixth in passing.
