BEAKING NEWS : Jimmy Johnson on being inducted into the Cowboys Ring of Honor: “I couldn’t be happier”

After a stirring speech, legendary head coach Jimmy Johnson led the AT&T Stadium crowd in his catchphrase, “How ’bout them Cowboys!” to electrify the Dallas Cowboys supporters. It concluded a much-anticipated induction into the team’s ring of honor during the Cowboys-Lions game on Saturday night during halftime.

But as he described the significance of the occasion to him, Johnson broke down in tears of pleasure on “FOX NFL Sunday” the following morning.

Johnson added, his voice cracking with emotion, “What made it so special, the whole journey and last night, I had my family and my best friends there, and my players and my coaches.”
