SAD NEWS ; Bobby Wagner: Resigning or moving on isn’t ‘influenced’ by the Seahawks’ new head coach

FLORENCE, ORLANDO — Mike Macdonald has taken over as head coach of the Seattle Seahawks, replacing Pete Carroll.

To suggest that things have changed significantly in Seattle would be an understatement on par with the Space Needle.

Linebacker Bobby Wagner, another Seahawks standard-bearer, acknowledges that Carroll’s exit surprised him. He also knows that Macdonald may very well put up a defense in which he would excel.

Wagner’s 2024 plans won’t be affected by Macdonald or Carroll’s arrivals, either, as the nine-time Pro Bowler is ready to locate the finest possible place to call home.
