The NFL Network revealed on Sunday that Harbaugh received an offer to stay with Michigan that included a 10-year, $125 million contract extension. However, there is allegedly an NFL twist to the agreement. He would consent to wait until after the 2024 season to consider or accept an NFL employment offer.

The agreement would only last for one season, according to the NFL Network. His current contract expires in 2026, however he is free to leave at any time.
