TNT revealed higher All-Star Saturday Night ratings than the previous year’s festivities, in spite of fresh criticism directed towards the Slam Dunk Contest. Why? The competition between Curry and Ionescu seems to have played a significant role.
According to TNT, the number of viewers peaked during their shootout, with 5.4 million tuning in between 10 and 10:15 p.m. . The average number of viewers for the events was 4.6 million, up 31% from 2023.
On Saturday night, TNT reported 10 million unique viewers, a 54 percent increase from 2023. Since 2020, it was the Most-Watched All-Star Saturday Night.
