Man killed in collision on Northeastern Knights Road Philadelphia
A man was killed early on Sunday, according to police, when the vehicle he was driving struck a tree in the 12800 block of Knights Road.
Following a man’s death in an early Sunday single-vehicle collision along
Knights Road in Northeast Philadelphia, police in Philadelphia are conducting an investigation.
Police were called at around 2:30 in the morning, according to law enforcement, after a driver in Northeast Philadelphia’s 12800 block of Knights Road—possibly
speeding—lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree and then a pole.
According to officials, the driver of the vehicle, a man, was taken to a nearby hospital and declared dead at approximately 3:07 a.m.
