February 24: DIRECTORS TO COWBOYS The Cowboys have added another coach to their staff. Additionally, players are once more switching offices between this location and Washington.
Cristian Garcia is the new defensive quality control coach for the Cowboys. He assisted in coaching the defensive backs coach in the 2023 campaign.
After hiring Jeff Zgonina as their defensive line coach, the Cowboys have grabbed him as their second Commanders coach. Naturally, Dan Quinn leads the back-and-forth between the positions. Quinn was the Cowboys’ defensive coordinator before leaving to become the Commander’s head coach, bringing Joe Whitt Jr. and Sharrif Floyd with him.
In 2017, Garcia concluded his playing career as the captain of the club at Florida.

Joe Philbin, the former head coach of the Dolphins, is the man; according to NFL Network, he will be their new senior offensive assistant in Vegas.
Prior to most recently serving as an Ohio State senior analyst, Philbin was the O-line coach for the Dallas Cowboys. However, Philbin is currently back in the NFL to provide his expertise to Antonio Pierce’s staff as a full-time, first-year coach.
