On Saturday night, the Chicago Bears traded for the former Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback, who was acquired by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

After the deal was announced, Fields took to social media to express his gratitude to the Chicago community, the Bears, and their supporters for their three years of support.

“Can’t say thank you enough to the city of Chicago for taking me in and embracing me,” Fields replied. “Thank

you to the entire Bears organization and ownership for allowing me the opportunity to be a part of such a historic franchise.”
