Many things have changed with the Baltimore Ravens since Lamar Jackson was chosen as the team’s final pick in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The MVP favorite realized how rapidly his NFL career is passing by when he considered how many of his original colleagues had gone on in just six seasons.

Jackson is aiming for something far bigger, even if his 2023 regular season performance is probably going to win him his second NFL MVP title. He was also recently awarded first-team All Pro and selected to his third Pro Bowl.
Jackson’s teammates have observed that their quarterback is under more pressure to win right now, and they have noticed this.
“He has that prize in his sights. If anything, his attitude suggests that he is even more committed and dedicated than before. Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. stated, “He’s the team’s leader, heart, and soul.”
Winning playoff games has been his problem throughout his career, and if he wants to make it to Las Vegas to participate in Super Bowl LVII, he will have to change that narrative. In the four postseason games, he had a record of 1-3 and seven turnovers.
The Ravens lost 24-17 to the Cincinnati Bengals in the wild-card round the previous season, and they were eliminated.
