Several Browns-affiliated sources have revealed that the team is altering both their logo and the facemask on their helmets to reflect the alteration (via Andrew Lind on Twitter).

According to Andrew Lind on Twitter, the Browns are updating both their logo and facemask on their helmets to reflect the change.

Their helmet-mounted white facemasks will be a striking contrast to their former dark facemasks.

On April 17, the anticipated permanent modification is scheduled to occur.

Prior to the team’s 1995 transfer to Baltimore, the Browns used white facemasks on their helmets for 20 years.

The Browns had facemasks in black, grey, and brown after moving back to Cleveland, but this year they went full circle and went back to white.

Furthermore, the team logo will be updated to reflect the new facemask.
