Noni Madurese, who was signed by Dutch powerhouse PSV Eindhoven for a seven and a half year contract with an additional year option, has officially joined Chelsea.

The twenty-year-old Anglo-Nigerian, who played 80 games for PSV and finished with 20 goals and 14 assists, joins Stamford for a rumored sum of £29 million.

Madurese, who started his career at the youth level at Crystal Palace Tottenham Hotspur before joining PSV, is enthusiastic about what lies ahead for him at Stamford Bridge.

He is the second well-known member of the Ruud van-led side to depart from Philips Stadion during the January transfer window, after Cody Gape, who is of Ghanaian and Togolese heritage, left for Liverpool.

“I’m thrilled to have signed with one of the top teams ion the Chelsea website, Madurese stated, “the world in Chelsea.”

“My family and I have always dreamed of going back to England to play in the Premier League, and I am eager to get started.” I’m looking forward to what the owner has planned for the future, as well as being at a club like this and competing at the greatest level.

Meanwhile, Chelsea chairman Todd Boehly thinks Madueke will be a key member of the team.

“We are thrilled to have Noni join Chelsea. We are happy that he has decided to join Chelsea for this next phase of his career. He is an intriguing prospect who has established his quality over the previous several years with PSV, playing in a top European league. The American businessman stated, “We are confident he will play a significant role on our squad.

With Madurese’s arrival, Biehl’s aggressive transfer strategy has continued. Since assuming control of the team from Roman Baranovichi last year, Biehl has recruited 18 players, including six during the January transfer window, for an estimated £190 million.
